• the Marriage Act 1961 and the Marriage Regulations 1963
• the 'Explanatory Material on the Marriage Act 1961 for Marriage Celebrants'
• information on the Marriage Celebrants Program at www.ag.gov.au/celebrants, and
• Sample copies of the following forms and certificates specified in the Marriage Regulations 1963 for use in the conduct of marriages and fulfilment of obligations under the Marriage Celebrants Program (Forms 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 12A, 12B, 12D, 13,14, 14A, 15, 16,24 and Schedules 1A and 1B).
